Saugus firefighters responded to house fire

Around 4 PM Saugus fire department received a call for a fire at 27 Birch St. Upon arrival companies discovered fire on the front porch of a dwelling and the working fire was sounded. Within 10 minutes it was reported that the fire was knocked down. Mutual aid was brought in to fill stations and no injuries have been reported.
