Mid day collision injures 1 in Lowell

Just after 12 PM today Lowell Police and Firefighters responded to the intersection of Princeton Blvd and Wood Street for a reported motor vehicle collision. Upon arrival of engine company 10 they reported a person was trapped inside the wreckage and needed to be extricated. The rescue was dispatched with the Jaws of Life. Injuries at this time sound minor but more information will be posted as it becomes available
