Double rollover closes Rt 24 in Raynham early this morning

Around 1 AM this morning State Police along with Raynham fire & EMS personnel responded to reports of an accident involving 2 vehicles both of which had rolled over onto their roofs on Route 24 South just before Route 44 -Exit 13. The highway was temporarily shut down and all traffic was diverted onto Route 44 westbound as crews responded to clear the scene. Injuries were said to be non-life threatening. The roadway was reopened after approximately 45 minutes. The incident remains under investigation by the state police.
