Melrose/Wakefield hospital placed in lock down

Around 2 PM this afternoon the Melrose police and fire departments responded to the Melrose-Wakefield hospital for an "un-specified" police incident. The hospital itself was placed on lock down; which means no one in and no one out. There was also mention of a nearby building with the address of 65 Rowe St-which I believe is a medical office building. Police have released very little information on incident but do confirm an "incident" is on-going and a command post has been established.

Update-3:30 PM: Police now confirming that an "anonymous phone call" was placed saying there was an explosive device inside the building. The hospital is still on lock down and local and state authorities are searching the complex. No injuries have been reported at this time.
