Fatal 2 alarm fire-North Attleboro

Around 12:30 AM today fire fighters converged to 127 Chestnut St in North Attleborough for a fire in a 2 story multi-unit apartment complex. Scanner transmissions indicated that 2 people were rescued. 1 person sustained fatal injuries in the blaze. Members of the State Police assigned to the Fire Marshalls office were requested to the scene as a result. The Providence Canteen also responded to the scene for rehab.
